The finalised plan, drawn to scale as a bird’s eye view, is an annotated and very detailed drawing showing the overall design with details of hard landscaping, levels, garden features and structural planting and how they relate to each other. The plan is presented in black and white as standard but some clients may wish to display their design and for an additional fee I can hand render your plan turning it into a beautiful artwork.
The Master Layout Plan is given to your chosen landscape contractor and from this they will be able to cost and build your garden.
